In late October, Peggy Plews-Ogan testified before the Senate Special Aging Committee. This was a hearing on research and treatment for rare diseases. Dr. Plews-Ogan a physician at UVA Health, gave moving testimony about her family’s experience with Jim’s 2021 ALS diagnosis. You can watch the 6-minute video clip here.
